This Privacy Policy explains how HELL LAND collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you visit hellland.com, contact the project, submit a professional proposal or appear in official event media.
1. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Policy applies to personal information processed through hellland.com, its contact forms and official communications initiated through the website. It also covers photographs, video and other media created at HELL LAND events and subsequently published through HELL LAND's official website or communication channels.
This Policy does not govern independent websites, social networks, ticketing services or other third-party platforms linked from hellland.com. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.
2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DATA?
The party responsible for determining why and how personal information submitted through this website is used is Yanantin.live, operating and producing the HELL LAND project.
Privacy contact: hallo@yanantin.live
Publipaz.com provides web development, maintenance and digital infrastructure services. It may access limited website information only when necessary to provide technical support, security or maintenance services.
3. INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY FRAMEWORK
HELL LAND follows applicable legal requirements and voluntarily adopts internationally recognised privacy principles, including lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, security and accountability.
These principles are reflected in the European Union General Data Protection Regulation. Additional information is available from the European Commission's data protection portal.
Reference to the GDPR does not mean that it applies to every interaction with HELL LAND. Where the GDPR or another privacy law applies, the corresponding legal rights and obligations will be respected.
4. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide
When you use the contact form or communicate with HELL LAND, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, professional role, stage name, social media profile, message and any other information you voluntarily include.
Artist, press, venue, sponsor or collaboration proposals may also contain professional biographies, portfolios, photographs, audiovisual material, technical information and links supplied by the sender.
Technical and Usage Information
When you visit the website, the hosting environment and security tools may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, access time, approximate location derived from the IP address and server or security logs.
Cookies and Consent Choices
The website may store essential cookies required for security, basic functionality and consent management. Optional analytics, embedded-media or marketing technologies will only be activated when the required consent has been obtained. Further information is available in the HELL LAND Cookie Policy.
Event Photography and Audiovisual Media
Authorised photographers and videographers may capture crowd scenes, performances and the atmosphere of HELL LAND events. Images or recordings in which a person is identifiable may constitute personal information.
Information We Do Not Request
HELL LAND does not currently sell tickets, process payments, store payment-card information or create user accounts through hellland.com. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the contact form unless it is strictly necessary for your request.
5. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
- respond to questions about HELL LAND events;
- review artist, press, venue, sponsor and collaboration proposals;
- communicate with people who contact the project;
- operate, maintain and secure hellland.com;
- detect abuse, technical problems or unauthorised activity;
- understand website performance when analytics consent has been provided;
- document and communicate HELL LAND events through editorial, historical and promotional media;
- protect the rights, safety and legitimate interests of HELL LAND, its team, artists, partners and audience; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations or valid requests from public authorities.
HELL LAND does not sell or rent personal information and does not use information submitted through the contact form for unrelated commercial advertising.
6. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Depending on the context and the law that applies, HELL LAND may rely on:
- Consent: for optional cookies, analytics, certain communications or uses of identifiable media where consent is appropriate.
- Steps requested before an agreement: when reviewing an artist booking, venue, sponsorship, press or collaboration proposal.
- Legitimate interests: to answer enquiries, organise and document events, maintain security, improve the website and communicate the project, provided those interests do not override individual rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligations: when information must be retained or disclosed to comply with applicable law.
7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Essential cookies may operate without optional consent when they are necessary to provide the website, remember privacy choices or protect the service. Non-essential analytics, advertising or third-party media cookies should remain disabled until the visitor provides valid consent where required.
You can accept or reject optional cookies through the consent banner and, where available, change your decision through the website's cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Read the Cookie Policy for the current cookie categories, purposes and durations.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO AT HELL LAND EVENTS
HELL LAND events may be documented for editorial coverage, cultural archiving, press communication and promotion of the project. Where reasonably practical, notices will be displayed or communicated to inform attendees that photography or recording is taking place.
HELL LAND will avoid using identifiable images in a misleading, discriminatory or unrelated context. Close-up portraits intended for a specific campaign should be based on consent or another valid legal basis appropriate to the circumstances.
If you appear in an image published by HELL LAND and have a legitimate privacy concern, contact hallo@yanantin.live with a link or clear description of the material. Requests will be reviewed individually, taking into account privacy rights, freedom of expression, editorial context, contractual obligations and legitimate historical or documentary interests.
HELL LAND does not use event images for facial recognition or biometric profiling.
9. WHEN INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED
Personal information may be shared only when necessary with:
- authorised members of the HELL LAND and Yanantin.live production or communication teams;
- technical providers supporting hosting, email, website maintenance, security or consent management;
- Publipaz.com when technical access is necessary for development, maintenance or security;
- authorised photographers, videographers, designers or media collaborators working on HELL LAND content;
- professional advisers where confidentiality obligations apply; or
- public authorities when disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Service providers should only process information for the agreed purpose and with appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Website hosting, email, analytics, social media or other technical providers may process information in countries outside Bolivia or outside the country where a visitor resides. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer, HELL LAND will use an appropriate legal mechanism or work with providers that offer recognised safeguards.
11. DATA RETENTION
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- general contact enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last relevant interaction;
- artist, press, venue, sponsor or collaboration proposals are normally retained for up to 24 months, unless an active professional relationship requires longer retention;
- technical and security logs are normally retained for up to 12 months, unless they are required for an investigation or legal claim;
- cookie consent records may be retained for the period needed to demonstrate and manage the visitor's choice; and
- event photographs and audiovisual material may be retained as part of the project's editorial or historical archive while they remain relevant and lawful.
Information may be retained longer where required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. When information is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or securely archived as appropriate.
12. INFORMATION SECURITY
HELL LAND and its technical providers apply reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. These may include access controls, software updates, secure connections, backups and measures designed to detect unauthorised activity.
No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal-data incident creates a legally reportable risk, HELL LAND will take appropriate action and provide notifications within the deadlines required by applicable law.
13. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal information held about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of information when there is no valid reason to retain it;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time for future processing; and
- submit a complaint to a competent privacy or data-protection authority.
To exercise a privacy right, email hallo@yanantin.live or use the HELL LAND contact page. HELL LAND may request limited information to verify your identity and protect personal information from unauthorised disclosure.
Where the GDPR applies, further information about individual rights and European supervisory authorities is available through the European Data Protection Board.
14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
HELL LAND events and professional contact channels are intended for adults. The website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe that a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so the situation can be reviewed and the information deleted where required.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
hellland.com may link to artists, venues, media publications, Yanantin.live, Publipaz.com, social networks or external ticketing services. Following an external link means that the third party may collect information under its own terms and privacy policy.
If a future HELL LAND event page links to an external ticketing provider, that provider will be responsible for explaining how it processes transaction and payment information. HELL LAND does not currently process or store payment-card data through hellland.com.
16. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
HELL LAND does not currently use personal information collected through hellland.com to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. The project does not conduct biometric profiling or facial recognition.
17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, contact methods, event operations, service providers or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate notice on the website.
